I would like to offer you a very warm welcome to Sampford Peverell Church of England Primary School.

We are a happy and successful primary school at the heart of the picturesque village of Sampford Peverell. We have a strong ethos of learning built on our school values of kindness, forgiveness, respect, honesty, teamwork and courage.

At the heart of our school is each and every child and we value the talents of every individual and nurture a strength of character in all our children. We provide a curriculum which encourages the children to challenge themselves in a safe and secure environment, and our aspirational climate enables all children to enjoy learning and achieve their potential - preparing them to live life in all its fullness (John 10:10).

Our children are taught by dedicated, hardworking staff who make learning fun and exciting whilst ensuring that we provide a high quality education so that every child can ‘Aim for the Highest’ and realise their potential.

We believe that children thrive in an environment in which they are happy, challenged and feel safe. We therefore ensure that the classrooms are well-resourced and provide the children with a creative and stimulating learning environment.

We believe it is important to work in partnership with our families so we are an open and friendly school who are eager to work together to provide the best opportunities for our children.
